What’s included with HVAC maintenance?

We follow a checklist to ensure that your entire HVAC system is working properly with each maintenance service we provide.

Your routine air conditioning service will include the following:

• Remove brush and debris from around your outside unit. Thorough cleaning of condenser coils in the spring inspect connections for loose contacts measure your refrigerant pressure to ensure it is running your system efficiently and recharge if necessary lubricate motors and bearings for optimal performance ensure that your thermostat is functioning properly clear the condensate drain if necessary

If you’re having your heating serviced, some different maintenance will be required:
