PLEASANT VALLEY, N.Y. (Sept. 29, 2014) – Aire Serv of the Mid-Hudson Valley will be collecting holiday cards for their annual Holiday Cards for Our Troops drive during the month of October to send to soldiers deployed overseas during the holiday season.
No stamps or envelopes are required with the cards. The cards will be picked up by Aire Serv technicians during service calls or can be sent to Aire Serv of the Mid-Hudson Valley. The collection periods for the holiday cards runs through the month of October and must be received by November 1 to ensure their arrival overseas for the holiday season. Any cards received after November 1 will remain stateside and go to local VA hospitals and to service members’ families.
“We are excited to continue our campaign to bring a little holiday cheer to the men and women who won’t be home for the holidays,” said Andrea Serra, owner of Aire Serv of the Mid-Hudson Valley. “We do the Holiday Cards for Our Troops drive because it allows our community to show support and that we are thinking of those who can’t be here during the holidays.”
