SANFORD, N.C. (March 13, 2015) – Local Sanford business King Since 1895 has been purchased by Aire Serv of The Sandhills heating and air conditioning company.
Aire Serv of The Sandhills has purchased King Since 1895 and rolled it into their existing business model.
The purchase was a natural fit because both heating and air conditioning companies focus on providing excellent and unmatched customer service.
King Since 1895 started as a roofing company in Sanford in 1895 before adding HVAC repair to their list of services. Over time the company got out of roofing to focus solely on HVAC repair. They are known as one of the best service companies in the area for HVAC repair.
“King Since 1895 is such a respected company in the area and they stand by their work,” said Trey Mills, owner of Aire Serv of The Sandhills. “When the opportunity to purchase the company and keep it going under a different name became available, we felt that we had to make it part of our Aire Serv family. There great service will still be around, it just has a different label and look, but their values are still there and we will continue to provide the service King Customers’ have come to expect.”
Mills and his Aire Serv team are active in Ronald McDonald House Charities and their company has previously received the Rookie of the Year Award from the Aire Serv parent company, The Dwyer Group.
Three generations of Ansley’s have owned and operated King Since 1895 over the years before being purchased by Aire Serv of The Sandhills.
